Sarah Minty - Operations Coordinator

Sarah Minty

Operations Coordinator

Sarah values any opportunity to be outside and is happiest when on the open water.

Sarah is a seventh-generation Newfoundlander who grew up on the ancestral homelands of the Mi’kmaq and Beothuk. Her life-long exploration of the island’s wild nooks and crannies cultivated a deep desire to share and help shape significant interactions between conscientious humans, land and sea, and flora and fauna.

She is passionately interested in the alchemy of wonderous adventure, experiential learning, reciprocal relationships, and environmental regeneration within the container of community consciousness.

Sarah comes from a varied professional background including reproductive social justice, fine craft and textiles, and most recently, trauma recovery and resilience through somatic practices.

She happily welcomes any opportunity to be outside whether that be camping, hiking, gardening, or kayaking.

Sarah currently resides in Tkaronto (Toronto, Ontario) with her family.
