Client Services Representative
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate for this position must be personable, organized, and flexible, with robust technological, and administrative skills. They should have exceptional written and oral communication skills, including familiarity with conflict resolution, to provide the best possible customer service experience.
Business Development Account Manager
The successful candidate will work as part of the Business Development team with regular collaboration with the inside sales and client services teams. The position requires an individual with the ability to connect, prospect, and source new business, while consistently maintaining brand integrity. This position calls for technical proficiency with regard to our business processes and client data management. The successful candidate will be provided mentorship but is required to present self-starter skills and a history of problem-solving abilities.
Operations Coordinator
As Operations Coordinator, you must comfortably handle multiple deliverables in a high-risk industry where shifting priorities and deadlines evolve continuously. The Operations Coordinator works closely with a variety of stakeholders including our guests, third-party providers and contractors, Adventure Canada headquarters staff, on-ship expedition team members, ship crew members, and other industry professionals.

Assistant Program Director
The Assistant Program Director is a part of the onboard office team (PD, Host, Onboard Office Rep, and resource staff), managed by the Program Director (PD). It is critical the APD work in collaboration with the EL who is responsible for the overall expedition.
