Brianna's work intersects media, education, and exploration. From exploding volcanoes to underwater submarines, her mission is to inspire youth to explore and protect the world.

Brianna is an adventurer, environmental educator, and storyteller. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international development from McGill University and a master’s degree in human rights media from The New School University.

For over a decade, Brianna has been leading hands-on environmental programs for youth. After participating in Adventure Canada’s Young Explorer program, she developed an environmental education website for kindergarten to grade twelve students on climate change and Arctic issues called disappearingice.com.

Currently, Brianna leads youth expeditions with National Geographic Student Travel focused on photography, wildlife conservation, and climate change. She is the festival director at the New York WILD Film Festival and manages the film program for kids. Brianna serves on the Board of Directors at The Explorers Club and is a fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographic Society (RCGS). She has been featured in Teen Vogue, VICE, The New York Times, and Fujifilm’s Create Forever campaign for her youth engagement projects.
