Explorer and educator bridging ancient worlds and modern minds—leading expeditions, uncovering history, and mentoring the next generation through film, field schools, and cultural heritage.
Trevor is an explorer, filmmaker, and educator with a deep commitment to cultural heritage, mentorship, and field science. He was among the inaugural cohort of Adventure Canada’s Young Explorers in 2016 and has remained an integral member of their expedition team ever since. A Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society and longtime member of the Students on Ice scholarship review board, Trevor brings over a decade of experience supporting youth in exploration.
He served a full six-year term as vice president of research and education at The Explorers Club, where he managed ten global grant programs distributing over six million dollars in field research funding. He currently serves on the Club’s Board of Directors.
With a master’s in education from Boston University, Trevor designs transformative learning experiences worldwide—from Siberia and Venezuela to Hawai‘i. In 2017, he was recognized as New Explorer of the Year for his role in the discovery of the oldest known Scythian tomb in Siberia. He also leads expedition field schools in underwater archaeology, including a flagship program in Menorca that brings together global scholarship students and Explorers Club members for immersive training.
