Kaleigh Collinson

Originally from Ottawa, Kaleigh has lived in various parts of Canada and abroad (including Botswana, England, and the Netherlands), which sparked a lasting love for cultural exchange, place, and how people live around the world. Her background in international development, theatre, and urban design continues to inform her curiosity about community and connection.

She’s worked with Adventure Canada since 2016 and is currently the education and program coordinator on the operations team. She appreciates landing in a job that combines adventuring in new parts of the world with intercultural exchange, wildlife, learning, sustainability, silliness, and Zodiacs! On board, she finds joy in how the awe of shared experiences can quietly shift perspectives and spark lasting conversations.

Based in Toronto, Kaleigh is often found hiking with her husband and rescue pup Sadie, gardening, reading by a fire, or searching out a great new craft beer. This summer, she’s especially eager to get to new destinations, learn from the team’s unique approaches to education through storytelling, and explore how travel can open space for reflection, allyship, and connection.
