Raised on the shores of Kingsford Lake, adjacent to Ontario's Frontenac Provincial Park, Devon's love for the outdoors was instilled in her from a young age. She balanced her time between pursuing a degree in Political Science at the University of Ottawa and honing her skills in sprint kayak and canoe as both a coach and competitor. After completing her Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration at Ryerson University, Devon embarked on a four-year journey around the globe.
During her travels, Devon fell in love with the underwater world, which inspired her to explore scuba diving in the Arctic. She also journeyed through Asia, Central and South America, and worked in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. In 2011, she returned to Canada and dedicated her career to the travel industry.
Joining Adventure Canada in 2013, Devon was immediately captivated by the allure of the North. With over a decade of experience working on expedition ships, Devon's adventures have taken her all over the world, including the Arctic and Antarctic. Today, she serves as the Director of Sales working with the Inside Sales, Groups, Client Services, and Business Development teams.
