Brittany Ellis

Brittany was born and raised in a small village in cottage country, surrounded by forest land and sandy beaches. Brittany grew up with two older brothers who now live in different provinces and countries. When not vacationing to visit her siblings, Brittany loves to solo camp in Canada’s beautiful provincial parks.

Before Adventure Canada, Brittany spent a decade working in the developmental service sector with a nonprofit that works with individuals with exceptionalities. While Brittany loved the work she did, her love for travel drove her to switch careers. Now, Brittany is excited to explore her curiosity for the world she’s yet to explore, and building her community along the way.

Along with travel, Brittany also has a passion for books, dogs, connection, baking, and planning her next solo adventure. Brittany enjoys trying new hobbies—the latest is sewing!—and exploring the aisles in her local thrift store.
